The good news for those of us who must have it - is that there does seem to be a spare tire / jack kit available for the '22 Civic SI. When someone knows if this will fit in the well of the Integra, please post.
17" spare wheel and tire
Jack kit
Speaking of spare tires - I found this on the Civic forum, it will no doubt apply to us as well:

Wow--this is good to know, thanks!

😬😬😬

Man, if that is an accurate price list, I have some decisions to make. All told, everything that I was considering tacks on about $2500… curious about various packages and what they might include.

Never thought I’d say this, but now I kind of hope the heated steering wheel does not come with a manual. (That would effectively make the decision for me, and I could frame it as a $900 savings. Silver linings and whatnot. 🤷🏻‍♂️)

I saw the same price list on the Integraforums site, but with lower prices. I wonder if different dealers can adjust labor rates? I think this is 10-12% higher.

Dealers can offer parts and installation at whatever prices they want. If I don’t like the installed prices, I’ll buy the parts and put them on myself.
I don’t trust the prices on that list. Posters are not stating the source—why? Trying to see if the earliest buyers will freak out about the prices? Yes we are freaking out. We can buy blackout emblems for $30 apiece, remove existing ones with floss or whatever instructions say, and stick on the blackout ones. I am not paying someone four times more for that.

On my Honda CR-Z hatchback, I replaced my door courtesy lights with door logo projectors (two doors) in five minutes. Package cost $20 shipped. The above pricelist quotes $295 (assume plus tax). Not paying 15 times more for that. There are plenty of items I don’t know how to install, like the steering wheel.

My assumption is, with our cars being the first batch of the introductory model year, some accessories may take time to materialize. Others I would anticipate right off the bat, such as floor mats.

Dealers want to sell at time of purchase, and Buyers getting loans want that to include in financing as well as receive the new car warranty on those items. The solution is a “due bill” whereby you buy now, they install when your item arrives. I have done that before. Make sure the due bill form/receipt says your installation is paid in full.

Wondering about rear diffuser and nose emblem light availability. :)

Steering wheel is pretty simple. Disconnect battery, press horn to drain power from system for a minute or two, clips that you press to release air bag module, detach connections for airbag and accessories, remove nut. May need to rent a steering wheel puller from AutoZone.. reverse process for installation of new steering wheel

if I really wanted that steering wheel, I’d be down to do this. Unfortunately I keep hearing that for the US. manual car, we do not have the heated steering wheel option. 😭

All-season mats and tray, pet cover, heated steering wheel if it’s available for 6MT, and possibly the roof rack & a couple bike trays. (Though feel free to let me know if buying a roof rack as a dealer add-on is a dumb idea. I honestly don’t know if it’s a good idea or a total ripoff.)

While I'm used to seeing the dealer add-on racks as a rip off, the roof rack at $459 above, is a solid deal. The cheapest Thule rack for a '22 Civic sedan is $539 (though once a year you can get 20% off, at least REI used to do this).
Also, since the Integra is a brand new body, the rack companies have not had time to develop a fit kit for the roof profile (Thule still doesn't have one for the TLX), so if you need it soon, the dealer may be your only option.

You could also consider a trailer hitch rack if all you're carrying is bikes. I'm expecting one of the hitches for the Civic should fit the Integra, unless the loopy exhaust is in the way.

I've posted this question asking folks if they feel the Civic hitch will fit. My concern also was if the swirl exhaust would be an issue or by some chance the bumper frame differed.
I messaged Jonathan Rivers with Acura this question and he was kind enough to reply but only saying info on accessories would available soon.
Here's a partial pic of an SI exhaust which seems to leave ample room. Though this may differ of course from the Teg.
