California has updated its CARB certification database and in it there's confirmation that the new HR-V will be coming with a 2.0L engine rather than the previous 1.5L. It's the same engine for both the FWD and AWD models.
Based on the spreadsheet it looks like the Integra has gotten the thumbs up from CARB as well.
