This Integra Type S prototype was spied testing recently.
It would be great if you could share them here!I just got some pics of it as well in Peoria, AZ. Guy just kept trying to get away.
I agree they are probably aiming for a "softer" Type R, maybe with a 10 Auto available in addition to the 6MT. It would take a lot to get me out of my TL AWD 6MT, but this certainly has my interest. If the Teg Type S is a monster like the Civic Type R that will at least make it not practical for me. My prediction is it will be a slightly “softer” Type R Civic and share the same 2.0L engine and FWD.
Yes, the product planner shut that down in his AMA.It looks like the AWD theory is out right?
No plans for a Hybrid Integra. Acura has recently announced that it will skip Hybrids alltogether, as we move to full electric models, beginning with an electric SUV in 2024.
We have no plans for an AWD Integra.
Congrats, you're internet famous! Some good analysis/speculation in Kirk's video too. At first I was thinking they'd wait much longer on the ITS to give the CTR more room to breathe. And I'm sure they will to some extent, but I don't think they'll wait long to bring the ITS.
