It looks right to me. The red needle points north, so your car is facing northwest

Y’all got me thinking I’m taking crazy pills… compass is facing northeast and not northwest as indicated by the read out. The direction of East and west is reversed on all of the directions…

The red needle of a compass always points north. That is the case in OP's photo. That means the car is facing NW. Rotate the image of a compass 45⁰ clockwise, and the two will match.

Ahhhh I see what you all are saying… I was getting lost without the markings. Guess that’s why I was never a Boy Scout… file this under r/confidentlyincorrect

I have never once used a compass in a car or truck. Turn it off when I get in the Tundra. Being confused by this one equals no loss.
In fact, if I get to the point where I think I need one, it will be time to consider if I should still be driving. It happens.
