That is truly horrible. Is that a very good photoshop or did someone actually do that do some innocent car?
When I see something like that my first thought is “Did they lose a bet and have to drive around like that for a week?”
But then, try to keep a straight face in case they are watching. Don’t want to laugh too openly. Anyone who would do that to a car might do anything.

I get that people like these (and all the power to them) but I can't stand when cars are ridiculously stanced out.
