Anyone else have front passenger side door rattle?
It sounds like a small rock vibrating on a tin can and it only starts to rattle after a good 20-30min of driving.
And it's especially bad going around 25mph-45mph.
Took it to the dealership's service, they looked at the heat shields and in that general area and pretty much found nothing wrong.
They also put some padding inside the dashboard then I took a drive with them and seemed like the rattle was gone.
But after 30min of driving the rattle is back... it seems like rattle is coming from inside the door panel TBH...
Any idea how to get this fixed so I don't go insane... this rattle is unbearable

I have the ELS ones and they seem to work fine on the door that rattles.
I will have to go back to the dealership to get it looked at again.
I don't think I want to open up the door panel myself on a brand new car.
Also, just took a night drive to see if I can cope with the rattle but no way in hell.

I'm experiencing the same thing. Door rattle in the passenger door and I know it isn't the ELS speakers because it happens when the speakers are off. Going to the dealership on Saturday hoping they'll have an answer.

I have a rattle that matches your description perfectly however its right beside me in the driver door, kinda sounds like in the panel the seat belt comes out of, def need to get it looked into.

Anyone elses dashboard or headliner make a "buzz" with the engine idling? so annoying too.

Hope you get it fixed. I've went into my dealer twice already and they still couldn't fix it. They padded the dash at first... didn't fix the problem... then second time I went in they padded A pillar when I specifically told them sound is coming from door panel.. anyhow, mine is still NOT fixed.. good luck with yours

Try putting the seat belt adjuster in the lowest position. That worked for me. Now I have a new rattle/squeek that I think may be the seat but I can't figure it out yet. I'm never going to buy a car the first year it comes out again.

I think this may be the culprit…
The silver mesh cover is a separate piece from the rest of the silver trim and I think their normal clip style connections cause vibration. I took mine apart and put some double sides tape in locations that looked like it would tighten up the tension between the two pieces. Too soon to tell if its stopped the rattle.

Hey there!

I’m pretty sure I’m having the same rattle noise coming from the passenger door as well. Was this fairly simple to remove from the door?

Thanks!

Very easy, I used our friends over at AHC Garage youtube channel to see how. They show the install of the Acura door logo lighting and show removal of the door in their youtube video.

Ah ok awesome. I guess I know what I'm doing this weekend then (y). Hopefully it fixes the issue!
It has been almost two weeks since I did this and I have had not rattle. I drive the car everyday.
I should of taken photos of all the areas I placed double sided tape or wedged in pieces of tape between clips and holders to make sure I was not going to get any plastic on plastic, plastic on metal vibration.

I'm on Day 2 and I too have a rattle on the driver's side. I'll guess I'll play around with the seat belt adjuster to see if that does anything. Can't say I'm too surprised given that lately Acura and Honda's fit & finish have left a lot to be desired. The fit and finish and panel gaps/alignment on my TLX was...not good.

I had same issue in my 23 Integra. I ended up removing the door panel and found the issue! There is double sided tape holding several coverings on the inside of the door panel. The “rattle” is coming from the double sided tape coming apart and making the “rattling” sound we are all complaining about. I look gorilla tape and secured all taped items and the problem was gone. The techs at Acura never looked for this issue as they were thinking a part was loose…
