I’ve been wondering about the pricing on the GR Corolla for a while now, and it looks like the base (Core) model MSRP is right in line with the Integra A-Spec w/ Tech pricing at $36,995, including destination. Now, this thing is obviously going to be a beast by comparison with AWD and 300 horsepower on tap, but it is interesting that it is somewhat spartan in terms of options (which I guess makes sense, considering the car's statement of purpose).

Adding in front and rear limited-slip diffs and bigger brakes will cost $1,180; the JBL sound system and wireless charging are $770; and a winter package adds in a heated steering wheel and seats for $500. It is kind of neat that you can pick and choose here, but if I wanted to add it all in (and I would), you're looking at $39,445 (and that's before any dealer markups). Having said that, I'm trying to stay mindful that this is a bit of apples-to-oranges here, as it's not super fair to put 200HP to the front wheels up against 300HP to all four corners. Doesn't seem like a bad deal by any stretch, in my opinion, but I'm curious to see how much people will actually pony up for this when it hits dealerships.

I will admit being slightly relieved knowing that even the base is a tad more expensive than the Teggy. Even though I am pretty sure the GR is going to be marked up significantly and even more difficult to get, I’d be a little hurt if it somehow managed to have a lower MSRP. 😅

The mark-ups will be insane. I won't be surprised if we are looking at $15-20K ADM on these. Limited availability. Incredible media hype. And tack on a much higher insurance cost. The GR looks like a ton of fun but it's still going to cost you much more than the Integra. Different story if there is an Integra Type S with SH-AWD.
Pretty much in agreement with all of the above, though it remains to be seen what the markups/availability will be, though I suspect your predictions might be right. I'm also looking forward to a Type-S Teggy down the road, though I'm not sure if it will have SH-AWD. My guess is no, but I'd certainly be pleasantly surprised if I'm wrong!
