(First post), ...had to connect with everyone here, glad this forum is here for all of us, looking forward to more info. for what actually is our power options...assuming the 1.5 turbo (base) is there, just wondering what possibility is there for the type S. I'm coming from a tried and true Toyota Corolla (13 years, 140k miles)... runs like a top, but red paint (clear coat) is (shot) from the Florida sun, and not garage kept! Definatly time to move up, and looking forward to our next announcement!

Hey @getteg22 and welcome to the forum! I think it's only a matter of when the Integra Type S is announced rather than if. Hopefully we don't wait too long for it.

Would a Type S be your first choice?

Have you thought about pricing of the Type S? It is said to start from around $40,000 in the U.S.
Not to say my first choice, and as far as pricing goes...(pay for what you get, seems). Looking at the existing ILX, nice NA 2.4 in existing line-up...shoot for perhaps with modified tuned turbo, anyone know what hp we would be looking at? (Just a thought of potential type S #'s.) Throw in all Honda Civic SI features, include leather (color selective) ...(love the pearl white exterior and espresso leather interior)...hoping for that option w/ A-Spec 8spd. A/T option......... yeah, dreamin' !

You certainly can't go wrong with a Si if that's the route you take.

As far as ILX's go some people are getting around 400 hp. It really depends on how much work that goes into it.
