I preordered the A Spec with Tech July 12th. I was told it would be delivered sometime in September. For people who reserved after the initial preorder how long did it take for your car to be delivered?
How long has it taken for you guys that have reserved an Integra after the initial preorder to have their car delivered?

Probably depends on the color and transmission. If you reserved something they were already going to make a lot of, that's probably about right.
I reserved a Red/Ebony 6MT in April, so after the initial reservations but before launch. My build date has been pushed back several times. Started mid June, pushed back into July, and now it's first week of August. So it might be delivered before September.

Thanks for the response man! But sheesh that seems like a super long time, my patience would be reaching its breaking point at 3 months lol. I went Liquid Carbon with red interior, CVT (a lot of city driving in Philly). I’m hoping because I’m near a highly populated area that they get more vehicles from production. I’m already excited and it’s only been 2 weeks lol. Your red ebony combo should look dope!
Yeah the Liquid Carbon is pretty popular and CVT will certainly be higher volume over the duration. So I think you picked a combo that'll come pretty soon. I think for 6MT they underestimated the initial demand so the second wave was later.
The wait's not too bad. I decided to reserve since I figured it might be 4-6 months before getting any car. Since this is exactly what I want, I don't mind.

That seems like a fair timeline to expect for your car to arrive. They might be a bit conservative with the time so hopefully yours comes sooner.

I ordered March 12. On 7/1 I was told it was built and waiting for a truck, and they expected end of July. On 7/16 I bought one since the order ahead of me in the same combo declined to purchase.
It really depends on what allocations the dealer gets from Acura and when, and the shortage of available trucks. My dealer only had black ones for over a month. Acura didn’t expect so many 6MTs to be ordered so those are taking longer as well, but if you ordered CVT I think it should be a little sooner.

I like your taste in colors! I think that color combo by far is the best. If you plan on getting tints what percent do you think you’ll get?

I hope so! Patience isn’t my specialty so I hope it comes in asap. It’s crazy they allocated so many black on blacks I’m seeing them around here too. With how good the other interior colors look I’d imagine they would make more with red/orchid.

I’ll weigh in here since I have the same color. I like seeing the red interior when I walk up to the car or admire it from my kitchen window, so I’m planning to get 70% to just block heat and UV (Xpel XR 70 seems to be the top pick for this). I will only tint the window on the tailgate to block a little extra heat since it faces up, and give some privacy in case I have the cargo cover removed. I’m thinking ~15-20%.

awesome! I like the aesthetic look of darker tints so I will probably go 20 percent all round and 70 percent on the windshield. Have you had issues with the seats not being cooled and sweating on hot days? I have leather seats in my Infiniti Q60 and they are brutal.

Made this account just to respond lol, which dealer did you go to? I'm also in Philly and looking at the same model but have yet went in person to check them out. Might go in and preorder if possible as well. Any idea if they're selling MSRP or market adjustments?
