That unit looks really close to the homelink systems that come on the newer civics with homelink option (only on sport touring).
Since im sure both the new Integra and Civic comes from the same plant, my guess is they probably ran out of the regular non-homelink mirrors and just took parts from the civic bin, or maybe there was a mix up of inventory and they just installed it on yours.

That is really interesting. I wonder where the “functionality” of homelink lives? Is it just in the mirror or is it wired to something inside the car? I’ve seen cars that don’t come with Homelink that offer it as a dealer installed option where they just swap out the mirror. If you could just get power to it, I’d be interested if it would work.
I think you're right and the homelink is within the mirror itself, and just needs the appropriate harness to power it up.
Trying to find something online, I found this spare part homelink mirror that looks identical to the one posted.
HomeLink Auto Dimming Mirror
Reading thru the instructions, it looks like its just a direct swap and just needs the harness.
But now i'm curious if the harness connected in OPs homelink mirror only powers up the auto-dimming mirror?
Or if it also powers up the homelink as well? OR is there two separate harness connectors for homelink and auto-dimming? hmm.
