I ordered my Integra with a build date of 7/25-7/29. What do Lunar Silver Integra owners think of the color? I cant seem to find many owners that got this color with the A-STECH Package. I guess since it wasn't available when you could first reserve them?

Never done this before, but how is the ordering process done? Do you just go to your nearest Acura dealer to spec out what you want and they order it for you? Or is this something we can do all online?

I ideally want Platinum White Pearl with the Ebony interior in 6spd.

I’d call dealers that you’d be willing to go to and see if they have anything coming in that hasn’t been reserved yet. They might have that combo coming in already. Then reserve through the dealership.

I just called the dealer to see if they had any available. My dealership said all the MT Integra's were accounted for and only had the Silver one available i dont mind silver so i went to the dealership test drove one and put a $500 reservation on it. They gave me the build date and now i just wait. Also finding a dealer with no markups is important to me so look out for that when calling dealerships.

Yes, the MT may be slim pickings! I think the early take rate on the MT was higher than expected, so there will be more CVTs until they can balance out supply. I would expect that to resolve in 3-6 months, but could be up to a year before the supply chain is healthy.

What other color were you hoping to get?

Thanks. I'll call in and see. Just only been online shopping so far.

So the silver one wasn't at your dealership yet? When you test drove the car, was it just a demo car I assume?

My guess is that all the people that initially wanted the Civic HB Touring 6speed (including me), were sick of all the insane dealer markups, that this new Integra was the next best thing. (or probably better)

Careful calling out the dealer markups when you talk with the Honda crowd--they want to pretend the Civics are all selling for MSRP or less, thus making the Integra astronomically expensive.

I'm with you on wanting the 6MT Civic Touring though--looks great with the HPD spoiler, but it's a shame there's no LSD.

It's still waiting to be built. the Demo they had was a black A-Spec Tech with a CVT. I don't care for CVT's, but the car was very nice to drive. Will be 100% better with the 6MT IMO.

Congrats! What were you driving before?
Would love to get your initial impressions after driving it around enough. :)

Had a 2016 & 2019 ILX before

Love the 8spd DCT but everything else was outdated interior wise, the restyling in 2019 was great and fresh but the Integra is totally something else.

Love everything about it and happy to be back in a manual.
Overall very happy and the cargo room is amazing (mostly for hockey, golf, dog, etc)
