I really wanted to go 6MT but due to the fact I live in south Florida and drive a good amount for work, I went with the CVT. No complaints at all!
Enjoy it! And welcome to the board. I haven’t seen many owners sharing pictures of Red/Ebony yet (at least not in the US, saw a couple from Canada) so it’s exciting to see yours. My Red/Ebony 6MT will be built any day now…
You are going to love it. When you see the red in person, it really pops.
I actually had a reservation with one of the dealerships by me that I put a deposit on May 28th. I waited and waited and finally did a bit of research and found a dealer in the next county over that had a Red/Ebony landing on July 14th. Ended up putting a deposit on that one as well. Sure enough it landed on the 16th. The other dealership refunded me. Everything went smooth from that point.
Oh I search inventory once a day. I’ve been checking since launch and haven’t seen any dealer within 250 miles get performance red with 6MT yet. There’s been a few base models and a few A-Spec in red, but only CVT so far.
Hopefully you get a build date soon or someone in the area gets one in. I think I’m the only one in south Florida to land a performance red Aspec tech. You are correct, a lot of base red but not Tech and 6MT.
😂 oh I’ve had lots of build dates! original TPD was June 14-18. its been pushed back multiple times. Last I checked in July, it was august 3-7. So if that didn’t change again it might be built. I’m afraid to ask!

Looks great! We're also waiting on a PRP/Orchid 6MT. We've been told August-November time frame. Can't get any more certain than that for the moment. It appears there are 3 so configured in the entire country on Autotrader right now. It also appears Acura is bulking up the CVT stock at the moment.
Hopefully you get some news soon that it’s been built. The red is definitely worth the wait!

Congrats on getting your Integras guys! What do you think of the car since you took it home? Has it met/exceeded expectations?

Congrats now the wait shouldn’t be much longer at all. Once you lay eyes on the red in person, it’s all worth the wait.
Love it!!!
I have no complaints at all. Sure it isn’t the fastest in the world but I have no interest in Using it for drag racing. It exceeded all my expectations.
