Post the location and dealers that are selling at MSRP For the Type S

I just wanted to create a post where everyone can reference dealers that aren't selling with a mark up or add ons so they can get our business (For the Integra Type S).

If the admin thinks this should be a sticky then feel free to make it one.

June 2022, I bought my 6MT from Mungenast-Saint Louis Acura in Saint Louis MO for MSRP. I'm not shopping for a Type S, but I figure they would do the same.

Welcome to the forum @6speedfiend! Is that where you bought your Integra?
Is this post for the type s integra specifically that we're inquiring if certain dealers are going to mark it up, or both integras? I feel like the mark up on basic 2023 integra might be gone now due to demand and interest rates. I posted on another thread, where the local acura dealer near me last year had the aspec integra marked up at 3k, now there's no mark up fee on it at all. I also inquired with my local credit union if i were to fully finance the type s, getting it at 50k at today's interest rate it would be 800 a month...so hard to swallow that for a car payment.

Thanks for the welcome! That is where my Integra A-spec tech was purchased, I would assume most markups are disappearing, but thought I’d throw my experience in the hat. No markup for me.

My intention for this post was for the type S since it will be for sale in a few months. Thanks for asking

Almost purchased from Sunnyside and can confirm no markups. I purchased June 2022 from Acura Framingham and although there weren't any markups, I would not be surprised if they have any in the future. They find other ways to make their money like disallowing financing from outside banks since there isn't as much incentive. My APR was a bit high with perfect credit, but I refinanced with my personal bank within a week of receiving the paperwork and that cut the APR down tremendously. Just tossing that out there for anyone considering Acura Framingham. They may lowball for a high value trade and force in-house financing to make up for loss of income if not applying markups.
I haven't found anywhere with no markup yet in the Boston area. Acura of Boston has a $7k ADM and they're getting their first demo Integra Type S around June 10th, with saleable cars coming later in July-ish. Likely several months of no inventory as well, since several people have already put down deposits w/ the markup.

Honestly, with TLX typeS up to $3k under MSRP, that's a much better car for the value compared to an Integra Type S in 2023.

True on the tlx price, but for me the biggest reason I want the type s, is for the manual, although i do actually like the tlx body style a bit more imo for its sleekeness, but i dislike the info tech track pad on it...

I really want the manual as well. The TLX-S isn't/won't be as fun to drive, trunk space isn't as good, but other than that the TLX-S a much better car in almost every way imaginable. Interior is far superior. 0-60 and 1/4 mile are basically equivalent. SH-AWD is amazing.

I also called Acura of Boston and IRA Acura Westwood and can confirm they are planning ADM. I put my deposit down with Acura of Peabody, they told me the car would be sold at MSRP but they do require dealer accessories (wheel locks and splash guards for other models)

I think he was referring to TLX type s? Maybe not sure
