I have the 6MT.... I drive probably 50/50 highway/city. I've been averaging around 27.7 MPG.

 

Just crossed the 2k-mile threshold today, and I think I’m sitting at around 32 mpg. 6MT, not flogging it all the time but I’m not not driving aggressively. Mix of highway and low-speed stop & go city stuff.

 

I average 33-35 between fuel fill ups, 6MT, premium fuel. Geographically, my commute is 90% highway, but there’s a lot of heavy traffic crawls on the way home so my average speed is ~35mph. I could probably hypermile into the 40s, but my Speed Responsibility rating on AcuraLink is 67/100 so that’s not happening lol

 

I have averaged 37 mpgs (per the trip computer so probably a little lower in actuality) over my first 1,600 miles. This is a mix of city, suburban and highway, using top tier 93. I have the 6MT.
I have been very impressed with the fuel economy, which is starting to go down a little now that it is colder out and I am done the break in period of light driving.

I can see realistically getting mid 20's with the HVAC on in the city, and mid 40's on the highway in a light cruise.

 

I'm at 33 mpg almost 2k miles in. I'd say that's about 75/25 mix of suburban/highway.

 

Drive about 90 miles a day for work. Mostly highway with rush hour traffic and city driving. 12,000 miles in and lifetime mpg is still 35.8. Was closer to 37 during warmer months. 93 octane the whole time.

 

I have 1300 miles on a 6MT and overall have gotten 30.3 mpg by my calculations (31-32 according to the car’s computer. It seems to overestimate so my numbers are based on miles driven over gallons purchased). I alternate 89 and 91 octane.

It’s mostly suburban roads and short hops on the freeway (~5-8 mi), driven pretty gingerly with 1-2 passengers, and that gets me 28 mpg. On a 400 mi road trip from sea level to 7500 ft and back down I got 36 mpg.

 

I also agree the computer overestimating a bit. When I do a calculation at the pump I am noticing it to be about 1 to 1.5 mpg lower than the car computer. Disappointing, but not really considering the mileage I am getting anyways.
I am 3,000 miles into the life of the car (6-spd manual) the computer shows 31mpg (so maybe 29.5-30 by my calculations at pump). My commute is strictly 75% Suburban / 25% City with plenty of spirited driving. It needs to be a weekend for me to see any highway driving. By plenty of spirited driving I mean that today I will drive to and from work like a normal commute and get 34-35. Tomorrow I will decide to rev it out to redline a few times on my way in and on my way home, or take a slight detour to some fun winding roads that are "sort of" on my way home. drives like that averaging 26-28 for the day.

Only at about 600 miles with our 6MT right now. The running average is about 33 mpg. Driving is a mix of suburban/highway with a little bit of urban stop and go. Very pleased with the mileage, especially in December weather. Lately, we've been using comfort mode a lot. I'm going to experiment in warmer weather to see if the altered mapping in normal and sport affect the MPG.

 

Just hit 2,600, I’m at 22 MPG, however I rarely do highway driving. Just city driving with stop and go traffic. At one point it was 19, but have been driving it less aggressively.

6MT with 7,600 miles. I can get 40+ mpg with cruise engaged.

 

6MT with approximately 7,000 miles. Mix of highway and local driving and I average between 32.2 - 32.5 mpg/normal. It's around 29 mpg in sport mode -- I have yet to use cruise control.

6mt. only 400 miles as of yet. it was around 26mpg when mostly city (roughly 70/30?). without resetting anything, put 140 highway miles on her this week now its 28.5 (roughly 50/50). as i understand it, these figures should improve as time goes on

 

I also wouldn't necessarily trust the in-dash MPG estimation.... I've found it to be overly optimistic as @wheats027 mentioned.

 

Getting around 32-33mpg CVT mixed driving at about 1700 miles. I'd say 50/50 between conservative and aggressive driving.

 

I got mine two weeks ago today, 6mt in platinum white pearl. I've got about 800 miles on the odometer and have been averaging around 26/27mpg with the onboard trip computer, I'm assuming its around 24/25mpg real world. I use shell 93. Have yet to do more spirited driving, and 95% of my driving has been in NYC.

 

Congratulations on getting your Integra @Tegg12 and welcome to the forum! How had the car been treating you so far with city driving in New York?

 

That's pretty good for a brand new motor and almost 100% tough city driving. We have about 1,200 miles on ours and in a mix of suburban/highway driving with a little urban driving tossed in are averaging about 35 using 93 octane. We drive it mostly in normal or comfort mode, switching to sport on "fun" routes. I haven't fully assessed this yet, but I'm pretty sure more sport mode driving knocks the mileage down some, maybe 1-2 mpg or so.

Welcome to the forum. What state are you in? Curious if weather conditions since taking delivery might have a positive/negative impact on your range. Winter can be quite taxing.

 

I just know 1 thing for sure. The Acura mileage calculator is consistently wrong. It says 30mpg, but the fill up shows 27.😆

 

I've found that as things break in, the mileage improves. I was getting 27.7 average up to around 4000 miles, and since them, I'm getting more like 29.5

 

Our experience is that Honda/Acura motors get better mileage as they get some miles on them, all the way up to 15-30K. Our other experience (over 8-10 cars) is they consistently beat the EPA mileage figures.

We are averaging about 33 on our A Spec 6MT over about 4,000 miles. Not much heavy stop and go traffic, mostly a 50/50 split of highway and suburban driving. On legs with a lot of highway driving and warmer temps, we consistently see 40+ mpg.

 

I can't possibly imagine how you could do 33MPG in an A-Spec. Do you do that hypermiling thing?

The in car mileage meter in mine usually registers between 37-40 mpg. I think it's probably a couple higher than reality. I have gotten close to 400 miles out of the tank. But yeah, 80% of the time my car is an appliance, so I take it pretty easy. 60-70 on the highway. I don't rev over 3500 that often. Finding the higher gear when that's appropriate in town.

The other 20% of the time though, I enjoy the car. While I don't bump off the rev-limiter often, I have a great time revving through the lower gears. And hitting the twisties is spectacular.

 

Nope, just drive it. The EPA rating is 30 for this car, and at least for Honda/Acura MT cars, we've always found they readily beat the EPA rating, same as our current one does.
