I am a complete neophyte to this type of mod. Can anyone comment on their experience with this company.

Also, I have concerns as to any deteriment using this mod on my vehicle in terms of adverse mechanical effects and warranty issues.

I have not heard of this company. For the price, I would be pretty cautious. According to things that I have seen, the stock motor is not capable of a 40+ hp gain without several more modifications. You might check out the video in the pasted link.

The last (and only) chip I bought from your company killed my vehicle. It’s now in the shop getting a new engine because of your company. And the instructions lied about being able to remove the chip and having it go back to stock performance. Your companies $100 plug in chip is costing me $7,000 in repairs. Plug in reader registered THOUSANDS of misfires because of this product.

I guarantee you this "chip" either does jack squat, or it will nuke your engine.
